My career includes executive leadership roles at Neon One (Senior Director of AI Enablement & Learning; Senior Director of Customer Education & Enablement) and Treehouse (Chief Learning & Operations Officer; Senior Director of Learning), alongside academic technology and instructional leadership positions at Lindenwood University, St. Louis Community College, and Southwestern Illinois College. My foundation spans public education at O'Fallon and Alton School Districts, and early corporate experience at Westin Hotels, SBC, and Motorola.
